BSG HandCraft Catalog Relocation in Southeast

To reduce the impact on our customers, and improve service levels during the transition, BSG is delaying our homebrew inventory relocation to February 2024. 

Updated Timeline:

• Friday 2/22: Last day of service for BSG HandCraft customers from Atlanta, GA
• Tuesday 2/27: New BSG warehouse in Huntersville, NC will begin fulfilling orders.

We are excited to share that BSG's home fermentation catalog will be relocating from Atlanta, GA to a new fulfillment center in Huntersville, NC in January 2024. The last day of service for BSG HandCraft customers from Atlanta is tentatively scheduled for mid-January.  

We anticipate about two weeks to fully transition our homebrew inventory from Atlanta to Huntersville. During this time, orders typically shipped from Atlanta will be fulfilled by our West Warwick, RI warehouse. BSG will adjust shipping charges for customers impacted by this change to match the rates they would have received in Atlanta.  

We appreciate your support in managing this transition and recommend placing heavier orders in early January, as we expect a temporary delay in delivery times from West Warwick, RI due to the increased order volume. 

Anticipated Timeline:

Please note that the timeline below is tentative. Impacted customers will receive more specific communication via email about our service plan during the transition period. 

• Mid-January: Last day of service for BSG HandCraft customers from Atlanta, GA.
• Mid-to-late January: Impacted customers will temporarily receive orders from West Warwick, RI. Shipping rates will be adjusted to match Atlanta rates.
• Late-January: New BSG warehouse in Huntersville, NC will begin fulfilling orders.
