Complex nutrient designed especially for cider, mead, and other non-grape wine fermentations. 2-3 gm per gallon recommended dosage (Approximately 1/2-3/4 tsp per gallon). Additions may be staggered throughout fermentation process. Do not exceed 3.4 gm per gallon.
