Website Update: Inventory Visibility and More

In September 2021, BSG HandCraft conducted a comprehensive survey that identified our lack of visible inventory on the website as the #1 pain point for customers.

To alleviate this issue for our customers, BSG HandCraft is happy to announce that our website now showcases the available inventory of all SKUs in our portfolio in each BSG warehouse where that product is regularly stocked.

Changes to Website Order Processing

Customers should note that orders will still be processed from your primary BSG warehouse by default.

If you wish to have an item shipped from another BSG warehouse, please indicate so in your order notes. Orders from your non-primary BSG warehouse may incur additional freight charges.

Stock positions indicated on product pages are not guaranteed to be available when your order is processed.

Changes to Our Search Capabilities

In addition to this site improvement, we are also happy to announce that a new product search plug-in is now live on our website that will aid our customers in finding their desired product much quicker. 

We are happy to bring these improvements to our customer experience, and we look forward to bringing further improvements to our website soon.
